Refund Policy

We kindly ask that all purchases are considered carefully.

Due to the limited nature of our collections and the delicate craftsmanship involved, all sales are final.

We are unable to offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind.

International Orders

For international orders, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.

Sale Items & Gift Cards

All sale items, promotional purchases, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Should your order arrive damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel at:

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

All matters will be reviewed with care and fairness. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

Items sent back to us without prior approval, or that do not comply with AHRA return requirements, will not be accepted.

Return Conditions (if approved)

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification.

To be eligible, items must be returned in the same condition received: unworn, unused, with tags attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
